A clear guide to preparing, confirming, paying for, and receiving a wholesale order from BYDI.
Contact BYDI’s wholesale team with the items you wish to purchase. For each product, please provide the product name or SKU, selected color and size, required quantity, and any relevant order notes.
Before proceeding, the wholesale partner is responsible for reviewing the requested styles, colors, sizes, measurements, quantities, prices, and estimated production schedule to ensure every detail is correct.
BYDI will check product availability and issue an official quotation outlining the approved items, wholesale prices, estimated production timeline, and available shipping arrangements.
Please review the quotation carefully and confirm that all details are complete and accurate. Processing will begin only after the final order has been approved by the wholesale partner.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment equal to 100% of the total order value is required before production begins. Official payment instructions and account details will be supplied through BYDI’s invoice or order confirmation.
Once payment has been completed, send the receipt or transaction record to BYDI for verification. The order is considered confirmed only after the funds have been received and successfully verified.
Production starts after payment verification. Lead times vary according to the selected products, quantities, materials, and order requirements, and will be specified in the quotation or written order confirmation.
All customization requests must be submitted before final order approval. BYDI will assess the technical feasibility of each request and may decline changes that compromise the intended silhouette, construction, material performance, or design integrity of a product.
Approved modifications may involve additional charges, minimum order quantities, alternative materials, or extended lead times. The final specifications, pricing, and schedule must be accepted in writing by both parties before production begins.
When the order is ready, BYDI will provide the final package details and arrange delivery from its facility to the designated shipping carrier within Vietnam.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, BYDI covers transportation to the nominated carrier within Vietnam. International freight, customs duties, import taxes, destination charges, and local delivery expenses remain the responsibility of the wholesale partner.
The shipment should be inspected immediately after delivery. Please compare the received quantity, product name or SKU, style, color, and size with the approved order documentation.
Missing items, incorrect products, quantity discrepancies, or visible defects must be reported to BYDI within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Eligible cases will be reviewed under BYDI’s Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy.
By approving and paying for a wholesale order, the wholesale partner confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted BYDI’s Wholesale Terms & Policies and Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy.
