\r\n At BYDI, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.\r\n Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or submitting\r\n an exchange request.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n 01<\/span>\r\n Eligibility & Conditions\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n

\r\n To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

  • \r\n Condition:<\/strong>\r\n Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from perfume,\r\n body odor, chemical odors, or any other signs of wear.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
  • \r\n Packaging:<\/strong>\r\n All original tags and labels must remain attached. Any accessories\r\n supplied with the product must also be included.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
  • \r\n Proof of Purchase:<\/strong>\r\n A valid purchase invoice is required for every exchange request.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
  • \r\n Mandatory Requirement:<\/strong>\r\n For online orders, customers must provide a clear unboxing video\r\n showing the condition of the parcel and product upon receipt.\r\n This video will be used to verify any product-related claim.\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n

    \r\n 02<\/span>\r\n Exchange Scenarios & Costs\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n
    \r\n

    A. Seller\u2019s Responsibility \u2014 Free Exchange<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

    BYDI will cover 100% of the applicable shipping costs when:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      \r\n
    • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.<\/li>\r\n\r\n
    • \r\n The product received does not match the confirmed order, including\r\n an incorrect style, color, or size sent by BYDI.\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
      \r\n

      B. Customer\u2019s Responsibility<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

      \r\n The customer is responsible for all two-way shipping costs, including\r\n the return shipment and delivery of the replacement item, when:\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

        \r\n
      • \r\n The customer requests a different size due to selecting or ordering\r\n the incorrect size.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
      • \r\n The customer requests an exchange for a different product or style.\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
        \r\n

        C. Price Difference Policy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n
          \r\n
        • \r\n Higher-value item:<\/strong>\r\n If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay\r\n the full difference.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
        • \r\n Lower-value item:<\/strong>\r\n If the replacement item has a lower price, the remaining difference\r\n will not be refunded.\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n

          \r\n If the requested replacement item is out of stock, BYDI will provide\r\n an appropriate solution based on product availability and the actual\r\n circumstances at that time.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n

          \r\n 03<\/span>\r\n Non-Exchangeable Items\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n

          \r\n BYDI does not accept exchange requests in the following circumstances:\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

          • \r\n Sale or outlet items:<\/strong>\r\n Products purchased during promotional periods or at discounted prices.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
          • \r\n Non-compliant items:<\/strong>\r\n Products without their original tags, labels, accessories, or purchase\r\n invoice, as well as products that have been used, washed, soiled,\r\n altered, or damaged by the customer.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
          • \r\n Missing evidence:<\/strong>\r\n Online order claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n

            \r\n 04<\/span>\r\n Timelines & Process\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n
              \r\n
            • \r\n Reporting window:<\/strong>\r\n Any issue must be reported to BYDI within 48 hours of receiving the\r\n parcel. BYDI reserves the right to decline complaints submitted after\r\n this period.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
            • \r\n Exchange period:<\/strong>\r\n The exchange process must be completed within 7 days from the date\r\n BYDI confirms and approves the request.\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n
              \r\n

              How to Return Your Item<\/h3>\r\n\r\n
                \r\n
              • \r\n In-store:<\/strong>\r\n Bring the eligible product and purchase invoice directly to the\r\n nearest BYDI store.\r\n <\/li>\r\n\r\n
              • \r\n By mail:<\/strong>\r\n Send the eligible product to the return address provided by BYDI\u2019s\r\n support team after your request has been approved.\r\n <\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n
