Return & Exchange Policy

At BYDI, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or submitting an exchange request.

Important Notice

BYDI offers exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds.

01 Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from perfume, body odor, chemical odors, or any other signs of wear.

Packaging: All original tags and labels must remain attached. Any accessories supplied with the product must also be included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase invoice is required for every exchange request.

Mandatory Requirement: For online orders, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel and product upon receipt. This video will be used to verify any product-related claim.

02 Exchange Scenarios & Costs

A. Seller’s Responsibility — Free Exchange

BYDI will cover 100% of the applicable shipping costs when:

The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The product received does not match the confirmed order, including an incorrect style, color, or size sent by BYDI.

B. Customer’s Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all two-way shipping costs, including the return shipment and delivery of the replacement item, when:

The customer requests a different size due to selecting or ordering the incorrect size.
The customer requests an exchange for a different product or style.

C. Price Difference Policy

Higher-value item: If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay the full difference.
Lower-value item: If the replacement item has a lower price, the remaining difference will not be refunded.

If the requested replacement item is out of stock, BYDI will provide an appropriate solution based on product availability and the actual circumstances at that time.

03 Non-Exchangeable Items

BYDI does not accept exchange requests in the following circumstances:

Sale or outlet items: Products purchased during promotional periods or at discounted prices.

Non-compliant items: Products without their original tags, labels, accessories, or purchase invoice, as well as products that have been used, washed, soiled, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Missing evidence: Online order claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.

04 Timelines & Process

Reporting window: Any issue must be reported to BYDI within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. BYDI reserves the right to decline complaints submitted after this period.

Exchange period: The exchange process must be completed within 7 days from the date BYDI confirms and approves the request.

How to Return Your Item

In-store: Bring the eligible product and purchase invoice directly to the nearest BYDI store.
By mail: Send the eligible product to the return address provided by BYDI’s support team after your request has been approved.
